In April 2025 the merged firm announced a further programme with Harvey to roll out agentic, multi-step reasoning AI agents for complex legal tasks, initially covering antitrust filing analysis, cybersecurity, fund formation and loan review. The firm has also published ContractMatrix, a contract drafting and negotiation tool built with Harvey and Microsoft.
